Morgan’s in the desert is known for its exquisite cuisine, complemented by an extensive wine list. The wine series adds a new dimension to the already impressive selection. Each wine dinner features four courses and is priced at $150 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Known for their rich, bold wines, DAOU’s offerings perfectly balance fruitiness and depth, making them ideal for pairing with the exquisite cuisines our chefs will prepare. DAOU Family Estates, nestled in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, benefits from limestone-rich soils and a unique microclimate, contributing to the exceptional quality of their wines.
